Player information is private.
Rise SELECTS uses the minimum information needed to support player development. Reports are never public or searchable.
What we store
Player identity, age group, soccer profile, attendance, assessments, observations, goals, consent status and an optional private photo. This MVP does not store medical information.
Who can see it
Authorized Rise coaches manage development records. A guardian code opens only one player’s published report. Drafts and private coaching notes stay internal.
Access, retention and consent
Guardians may ask Rise Soccer Academy to correct, export or archive a player’s information. Photography, profile storage and parent reporting consent are tracked separately and may be withdrawn through academy staff.
Device access
If “Remember this device” is selected, a secure browser cookie keeps the report open for up to 30 days. It contains no player name and can be cleared at any time with “Exit player profile.”
